Emilee’s Italian Ice was brought to fruition through the eyes of a little nine year old girl. Nine-year old Emilee’s favorite dessert is Italian Ice, the authentic kind, the kind you can’t find in just any old store, in any old town. With a personal craving and a desire to share this magical dessert, the idea of a business was born.
